How is it already October!!?? The year seems to be flying by.... well, some weeks it does :)
I have been trying out some new recipes and finding some great blogs this past month. The smell of pumpkin spice, nutmeg, and cinnamon always gets me excited for the cooler weather around the corner and the holidays!

Breakfast: Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal, Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls,
If your kids are back "in-person" school like my son is full time, I had to get back into the "lunch making" swing of things :)
Lunches / Snacks:
Mini Caprese Salad, Chicken, Artichoke, and Rice Salad,
Cucumber or Bell Pepper with cream cheese and "Everything Bagel" seasoning
