Meal Planning: Month of June

Updated: Sep 11, 2020

Yikes! A little late on this post :) As we get into the summer months I try to go a bit lighter on the food choices. The heat in AZ kind of dictates that :)

The kids still like like hearty meals, but the less I can turn on the oven the better!

I definitely feel like we add in a lot more fruits and veggies too, because there are so many options at the store this time of year.

Monday: Crispy Chicken Tenders, Basked Red Potato Slices, Salad, Biscuits

Tuesday: Ground Turkey Tacos with fixings

Wednesday: Baked Tilapia, Salad and Green Beans

Thursday: Orange Chicken and TJ's Fried Rice (won tons if really hungry) :)

Friday: BBQ Chicken Breasts, Mac N Cheese ( we love Beechers from Costco because you get more for your money), Roasted Veggies/ Brussels Sprouts

WEEKEND: Take out, Veggie/ Chicken Burritos, Burgers

WEEK 2:

Monday: Asian Chicken Salad, Toasted Multi Grain Bread

Tuesday: BBQ Chicken drumsticks, Salad and Baked Potato Wedges

Thursday: Creamy Parmesan Baked Pasta, Salad, Fruit

WEEK 3:

Wednesday: Pasta Salad with side of multi grain french bread

Thursday: Garlic Butter Bakes Salmon with side of baked potatoes or baked golden /red potatoes

WEEKEND: Pizza Delivery, Turkey Chili, Breakfast for Dinner

WEEK 4:

Thursday: Leftovers or freezer favorites from Trader Joe's

Friday: Make your own Pizza night

WEEKEND: Dinner out with friends, Taco Bar (Ground Beef, Ground Turkey and Shredded

Chicken)

Easy Banana Oat Bars , Fruit Kabobs

Happy Cooking!

XOXO

Elisa
